Louisiana Landmarks seeks to fill the position of Director and applications for the position are presently being sought.
The Director works with a Board of Trustees to implement the policies, programs and events of the organization, and to build support and participation from the board, the membership, donors and the general public. The Director is responsible for maintenance and management of a historic house used for the organizational headquarters, as a house museum, for event rentals and as a site for preservation education.
The Director must have managerial experience and be proficient in raising funds, writing grant applications, marketing, organizing events and programs, and have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
